Learn new skills - Uncover hidden talents, dreams and desires through journaling; work on emotional and physical challenges with Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping); be inspired with ideas for creating a personal altar or a ceremony for your own life; or discover more about yourself by identifying your personal archetype.
You just choose from the variety to create your own special experience.
And we’ll feed you too! Vegetarian options will be available.
Many of these sessions will work best with a yoga mat, towel, blanket and/or pillow. Please note any suggestions in the individual session description.
Our venue is casual and some of the movement oriented sessions will be outdoors (under cover and with fans!) so please come comfy and consider layers. You will want to be free to move and free to relax.
